Jacob D. Abrahams joined De Leon & Washburn, P.C. in 2010. His practice areas have thus far included civil litigation, insurance, governmental law, and administrative law. Mr. Abrahams was born and raised in Houston, Texas. He earned his B.A. inPhilosophy from Rice University in 2007 and graduated with Honors from the University of Texas School of Law in 2010. Mr. Abrahams was licensed to practice law in Texas in November of 2010.
